He joined Xiaomi in 2017 and currently serves as the Intellectual Property Licensing Director of the Group's Strategic Cooperation Department, managing multiple global SEP licensing projects. With extensive experience in SEP licensing, acquisition, and value assessment, he previously engaged in R&D and standardization of mobile communication systems at Motorola China Research Center and China Mobile Research Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
