Xuezhen Lu is currently Technical Director of Intellectual Property atChina Auto Information Technology (Tianjin) Co. .Ltd. Lu works mainly on IP dispute resolution, licensing negotiations and corporate compliance, with a particular focus on standard-essential patents (SEPs) and IP issues in the automotive industry. Lu previously worked at a leading Chinese law firm and at an internet company, and so has experience both in private practice and as in-house counsel. Lu has handled numerous patent disputes, licensing negotiations and compliance projects, and several of the cases Lu handled have been selected as typical cases by the People's Courts. Drawing on this combined background in legal practice and automotive industry research, Lu's current research and services address the practical needs of automotive companies in technology licensing, supply-chain IP, overseas disputes and compliance.
