Before joining Kiistone Ventures, Mr. Deng spent many years at a top-tier law firm specializing in IP litigation and patent licensing, representing a number of well-known multinational companies in IP litigation and licensing matters across the telecommunications, automotive and industrial equipment sectors. Mr. Deng's expertise lies in SEP-related litigation, licensing and patent invalidation proceedings. Several SEP cases he handled have been selected as typical IP cases by the Supreme People's Court and by local courts at various levels. At Kiistone Ventures, Mr. Deng leads the company's patent licensing and litigation projects, driving the efficient monetization of its patent assets and helping to build a healthy innovation ecosystem in the industry.
