Peng Jianfeng serves as Vice President and Spokesperson of the China Video Industry Association (CVIA). He is recognized as an industry expert in the fields of new display technologies and consumer electronics by various national ministries and administrations, including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration for Market Regulation.  

Concurrently, he holds the position of General Manager at Shenzhen Zhongcailian Technology Co., Ltd. (CTU), an industry intellectual property platform. In this role, he has presided over the development and establishment of several group standards, such as the Guidelines for Intellectual Property Licensing Mechanisms in the Consumer Electronics Field (T/CVIA 91-2021)and the Guidelines for Patent License Pricing Mechanisms in the Consumer Electronics Field (T/CVIA 152-2024.
