Vera He is responsible for the cooperative development and strategic planning of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) dispute resolution services across 17 countries and regions in North Asia. Prior to joining the ICC International Court of Arbitration, she gained professional experience in several international organizations and law firms. She has been selected for the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). She is qualified to practice law in China and is proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages.
