Personal Profile
Jun Chen has been serving as the Head of Intellectual Property for Schaeffler Group Greater China since January 2009. In this capacity, he oversees all IP-related matters in the region, including the formulation and execution of IP strategies, patent prosecution and portfolio management, patent litigation and licensing, anti‑counterfeiting and brand protection, as well as other IP issues arising in the company’s business operations.

Mr. Chen brings over 26 years of experience in IP management within multinational corporations. Prior to joining Schaeffler China, he held roles as a patent engineer, IP manager, and IP counsel at Foxconn, ZTE, and General Electric, respectively.In 2014, he was honored with the title of “China Outstanding IP Manager.” In 2026, he was selected as one of the “Asia 40 Corporate IP Elite” (Asia40). Since 2025, he has also been serving as the Rotating Chairman of the Oriental Intellectual Property Club (OIPC).
