Peter Ganea

Peter Ganea is Deputy Director of the Tongji Sino-European Innovation Policy and Law Research Center at Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property (SICIP). He has been German Co-Director of the Sino-German International Economic Law Institute at Tongji University. In his previous positions he has been Head of the Asia Department of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich and coordinated an interdisciplinary M.A. program on modern East Asian Studies at Frankfurt University. He has published on intellectual property and competition law in Asia and he has taught numerous courses on intellectual property law and law in general.
