Yao Bingbing serves as the Vice President of the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Protection and Development Research Institute and Director of the Judicial Center. He holds the rank of Second Senior Judge and is the former Presiding Judge of the Nanjing Intellectual Property Tribunal.
