Tong Xin currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Intellectual Property Department at ZTE Corporation, where he is responsible for the company's patent licensing, patent transactions, and patent capitalization initiatives.
He also holds several prominent external roles, including Executive Chairman of the ICC China National Committee's Intellectual Property Commission, Member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the CCPIT Mediation Center, and Chair (2023-2024) of the LESI Dispute Resolution Committee.
He has been repeatedly recognized by IAM as one of the "IAM Strategy 300: The World's Leading IP Strategists" and named among IAM's annual "IAM Strategy 300: Top 40 Dealmakers." Additionally, he has been selected multiple times as an "IP Star" by Managing IP magazine.
His co-authored work, Commercialization of IP Rights in China, has been published by the American Bar Association.
