In patent prosecution, Li Ye was consistently rated as a "Class A Patent Agent" for two consecutive years by a leading new energy company. He has led teams in multiple patent portfolio planning, mining, and drafting projects, and is highly skilled in responding to office actions, having successfully secured patent grants for clients on numerous occasions.
In litigation support, she has successfully identified key prior art references and developed effective invalidation strategies, contributing to favorable outcomes for clients in patent disputes.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Li Ye served as an examiner at the Patent Examination Cooperation (Beijing) Center of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (2020-2021), where he developed robust patent search and examination skills. Before embarking on his intellectual property career, she accumulated several years of scientific research experience (2017-2020). During his overseas studies, she conducted research on solar cells and capacitors, gaining deep expertise in new energy devices and material characterization.
