Mr. Zhang Xiang joined Beijing LIU SHEN & Associates in 2007 and currently serves as a Partner, Lawyer, and Patent Attorney at the firm. He primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patent invalidation, administrative litigation related to patent invalidation, patent infringement lawsuits, patent ownership disputes, trade secret infringement litigation, as well as pre-litigation assessment and risk prevention for such cases. His technical expertise spans the fields of mechatronics, mechanical automation control, automotive new energy, communication technologies, and MEMS chips.
Mr. Zhang Xiang qualified as a Patent Attorney in 2007 and obtained his lawyer's license in 2008. He has been appointed as a legal advisor to government agencies and has been interviewed by *China Intellectual Property News* and featured in *Dialogue with Lawyers: Interviews with Outstanding Chinese Lawyers*. Cases he has handled have been selected as Annual Typical IP Cases by the Supreme People's Court, recognized as National Outstanding Foreign-Related Cases by the All China Lawyers Association, chosen as Provincial Annual Typical IP Cases by local high courts, and designated as Annual Typical Patent Invalidation Cases by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
