Fan Su serves as the Head of Global Intellectual Property Litigation and Risk Control at CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited). With prior experience as the legal and intellectual property director of multiple group companies, he has led teams in initiating and managing a range of domestic and international IP enforcement and patent operation projects. These include handling U.S. Section 337 investigations, litigation in U.S. district courts, and securing preliminary injunctions in Germany. He has also overseen several patent licensing cases across different jurisdictions.
