| Mr. HU received his bachelor and master degrees from Tsinghua University in 2002 and 2005, respectively. He joined CCPIT in 2011 and works as a patent attorney.
Mr. HU helped many famous companies in the world to get patents granted in China. Mr. HU also represented many clients before Patent Reexamination Board and the courts in various patent invalidation, administrative litigation, and patent infringement litigation cases. Mr. HU has been a leading attorney or organizer in many complex cases and obtained favorable results for the clients.
Mr. HU drafted tens of patents in Chinese and English for many famous companies, including Medtronic, BD, CommScope, Gree, NongFu Srping, etc.
The invalidation and litigation cases handled by Mr. HU include:
(1) An invalidation and administrative litigation case in 2012, representing Volkswagen China to successfully invalidate a patent, for which the patentee was enforcing against Volkswagen China;
(2) An invention invalidation case in 2013, representing Manitowoc Crane Company to maintain its patent against potential infringers;
(3) An invalidation case in 2014, representing SANNER to maintain its patent against potential infringers;
(4) Several design patent invalidation cases in 2015~2016, representing LINAK A/S. to successfully maintain LINAK’s design patents against potential infringers;
(5) Conducting prior art searches and supporting many invalidation and infringement cases.
