Zhou Ke serves as the Head of Intellectual Property at Qingtao (Kunshan) Energy Development Group, bringing a distinguished background as a former patent examiner, PCT examiner, and Senior Intellectual Property Engineer. Recognized as a key talent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, he is also an expert in patent transformation and utilization. He has been honored as a Top Young IP Talent in Suzhou and serves as a Technical Investigator for the Wuxi Market Supervision Administration and as an Expert People's Assessor at the Kunshan People's Court.  

Zhou Ke contributed to the drafting of the Suzhou Local Standard Guidelines for Intellectual Property Risk Prevention and Control for Companies Listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board*. His experience spans IP valuation in investment and financing contexts, technology transfer and licensing, as well as diverse IP projects including patent analysis, reexamination, administrative litigation, and technology monitoring.
