Personal Profile

Zhong Chun, Doctor of Law, is an Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, Assistant Dean, and part-time lawyer at the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Jinan University. She serves as the Secretary-General of the Anti-Monopoly and Unfair Competition Law Research Society of the Guangdong Law Society, Standing Council Member of the Network and E-Commerce Law Research Society of the Guangdong Law Society, and as an expert in the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Expert Pool.  

 

She led the 2019 National Social Science Fund project: "Research on Difficult Issues in the Enforcement of Competition Law in the Digital Economy," and the China Law Society Post-Funding Project: "Innovation and Anti-Monopoly—Research on Abuse of Market Dominance by Internet Enterprises." She was also a core researcher for the Supreme People's Court’s 2020 Major Judicial Research Project: "Research on Judicial Jurisdiction in Foreign-Related Intellectual Property Disputes."
